ClientQ puts a shop’s walk-in line online and lets clients book times. Bray Software Solutions LLC runs the software. The shop runs the shop: it decides who it serves, in what order, at what price, and whether a hold or booking is honored. We are not a party to the haircut.

• Joining the line at the counter is free. There is no client account and no client fee for that, ever.
• Holding a spot from outside the shop may carry a small fee the shop sets. The amount is shown before you pay. Most of it goes to the provider who takes you; the rest covers the platform.
• A hold or booking is a place in line, not a guarantee of service at an exact minute. Wait times are estimates.
• If you don’t show, the shop may release your spot. If the shop can’t take you, contact the shop first; if that doesn’t sort it out, email us.
• Use a real name and, if you give one, your own phone number or email.

• ClientQ is free to use. Your income from remote holds and no-show fees is paid through Stripe Connect; Stripe’s terms apply to that account.
• You’re responsible for the accuracy of your hours, prices, and services, and for honoring holds and bookings you accept.
• Your client list belongs to you. We don’t share it with other shops and we don’t use it to market anything.
• Don’t use ClientQ to send anything to clients other than notices about their own visit.

Texts are optional and are governed by the text messages page. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

ClientQ is provided as is. We work to keep it up and accurate, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren’t liable for a missed spot, a wait that ran long, or anything a shop does or doesn’t do. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to ClientQ is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior month.

Clients can stop using ClientQ at any time. Shops can close their account by emailing us. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or other users.
