When you join a line or book a time at a shop, we keep your first name, the shop and provider you picked, the service if you chose one, and when you joined. A phone number or email is optional. If you give one, we use it only to tell you about that visit: your spot in line, when you’re up, and booking confirmations or reminders.

If you hold a spot from home, the fee is collected by Stripe. We see that you paid and how much; we never see or store your card number.

We do not require an account, a password, or an app. Your live status link is the only thing that identifies your spot.

We keep your email, your shop’s name, address, hours, and services, and your providers’ names. Payouts go through Stripe Connect, so Stripe holds your identity and banking details under its own privacy policy. Your client list is yours: it is stored under your account and no other shop or provider can read it.

Texts only go out if you typed in a phone number, and only about your own spot or appointment. Reply STOP at any time to stop them. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Details are on the text messages page.

• The shop you chose. They see your name and, if you gave one, your phone or email, so they can call you up.
• Services that run ClientQ. Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Twilio (texts), Resend (email), and Stripe (payments). Each only gets what it needs to do its job.
• No one else. We don’t sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we don’t share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Line entries and bookings stay with the shop’s history so they can see their own numbers. Email tariusbray06@gmail.com from the address or phone you used and we’ll delete what we have on you.

We don’t run ad trackers. Your browser keeps your name and your live status link on your own device so you don’t have to retype them next visit. Clearing site data removes them.

ClientQ isn’t for anyone under 13. If you think a child gave us information, email us and we’ll remove it.
